The Year of Experimentation Festival took place on July 3rd at the Platform Theatre at Central Saint Martins as the culmination of the course’s first year.
All Masters were in attendance and offered free Masterclasses on dramatic writing for writers, students, the public and the industry to attend.

1.45pm – 2.30pm: Masterclass Four: Steve Winter on writing for verbatim
2.30pm – 2.45pm: Coffee
2.45pm – 3.30pm: Masterclass Five: Caroline Jester on collaborative writing
3.30pm – 4.15pm: Masterclass Six: Ola Animashawun on playwriting
4.15pm – 5pm: Coffee
5pm – 5.45pm: Masterclass Seven: Kate Rowland on writing for the BBC/radio
5.45pm – 6.30pm: Masterclass Eight: John Yorke on writing for screen
6.30pm – 6.45pm: Coffee
6.45pm – 7.30pm: Masterclass Nine: Stephen Jeffreys on playwriting
7.30pm – 8.15pm: Masterclass Ten: Jennifer Tuckett on teaching dramatic writing
8.15pm: Drinks in the bar
Please note all Masterclasses were free and you were welcome to stay for all of the day or attend part of the day. Tickets were allocated on a first come first served basis and were available here.
